June 2018 Foundational MessageBeginning my Bridge to Health Wellness Consulting practice has been a dream of mine for years. I imagine my clients who have the courage to find their bridge to health will go onto empower others they love to do the same. We are living in a society that is finally sick of being sick. Many are stuck in the medical/food industry mill that seems to have one goal in mind profiting from your ill health! Pharmaceutical drugs are often the first choice of treatment, leading many down a slippery slope of premature aging. The good news is that many in the medical community have begun to apply the research needed to prove the wise saying of Hippocrates, "let thy food be thy medicine". Having followed this truth my entire adult life, I am happy to see such a dramatic turning of minds unfolding at this time. Here's to those who can be brave enough to find their way across that bridge to health and wellbeing, may we all pass this message lovingly onto others. 2020 Crossing the Bridge to Health Update! After a tumultuous past few month of 2020, beginning with the Covid-19 virus shut down and ending with a major move for my practice into a new space that meets all the criteria of my dream space, I have found myself reflecting on the journey of the past two years. I timidly started my practice uncertain my message of common sense would resonate with anyone. I have found that this message does indeed resonate. It rings true to the many who have been through the gauntlet of the standard American version of what is called healthcare. The realization that in following my heart I have been able to effectively and positively impact the lives of others in their search for wellness and balance is a source of great joy. At the same time I have been completely gobsmacked at the absurdity of what is called treatment by the medical/pharmaceutical industry. The realization that the majority of health problems most people are suffering from originate from the treatment of symptoms and not addressing underlying causes of ill-health. The further I travel this path of supporting others the more I have seen into the depth of the system that literally ensures illness and premature aging as its primary outcome. As concerned as we are about the effects of the Corona virus, we should be equally as concerned about the epidemic of thyroid dysfunction, cognitive imbalances, adrenal fatigue and its effects on endocrine function...the list goes on and on. When you break these issues down, below the surface you'll find malnutrition, toxic overloaded organs, gut issues, lack of strong beneficial flora and a general overstimulation with caffeine, sugars and too much screen time and lack of quality sleep of the average person. In the coming months remaining in 2020 I will be gearing up to add more protocols that will enable clients to affordably work out common health issues with online support and in person consultations. I will be addressing thyroid issues, sleep, liver gall bladder detox, alternatives to antibiotics and much more! I am please that my practice has grown, populated with folks who are ready to hear and willing to take responsibility for their health and wellbeing! We are truly becoming a group of Bridge Crossers. I salute and applaud my brave clients as they trustingly move forward to find their truth! I am blessed to be in a position to guide and support them on their journeys! Vanessa Goldeen, CWC, I-ACT Colon Hydrotherapist, CNT Covid and Everything else Update! - November 2020It has been a tumultuous year for everyone...world wide! But as the year begins to draw to a close I think many good things have come from all the worry and concerns that have challenged us this past year. I believe that more than ever folks are coming to understand that good health is acquired only through consistent and diligent efforts. It never ceases to amaze me how easily one's health can trun the corner when the basic conditions are met. Adequate sleep, smoothly moving bowels, plenty of fresh air sunshine and exercise along with allowances for detoxification as a gentle practice of supporting the body. So many of our ills are easily shifted when we have the faith and courage to step out and trust our bodies and the way of nature. It is my greatest joy to see the numbers of clients who have come to Bridge to Health for help and are finding their own truth, becoming self reliant and are learning to trust their intuitive self. I want to take this moment on the eve of 2020 Thanksgiving Day to say thank-you to all of those who have believed in my dream and are sharing it with others! Vanessa Goldeen CWC, CHT, CNT

Hi Vanessa, I would like to sign up for the free month of your forum. I didn't see how to do it and didn't want to do it the wrong way.
