Meet the Practitioner

Bridge to Health founded by Vanessa Goldeen, Certified Wellness Consultant and Educator, TaoTouch Chi Nei Tsang Practitioner and I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist. Bridge to Health offers a variety of wellness services designed to support improving health through education toward a healthier more balanced lifestyle. As a Wellness Educator she has helped guide many to gain a more vigorous health enabling them to enjoy life more!
Focus is on 5 Aspects of Healing Detox, Purify, Support, Heart, Unwind that create a "bridge" back to a better sense of one's intuitive self which will improve health and wellbeing. It is our hope to create a community of "bridge crossers" who will go onto to share their growth in health with others!

When people ask me what I do, I tell them I help empower clients through by teaching them to utilize the tools of natural healing, to reclaim their health and wellbeing and assist those who want to enhance the good health they already have, using commonsense and natural health promoting habits.

When they ask me why I do what I do, The answer can be summed up in one word COMPASSION
- The etymology of the word "compassion" is from Latin, meaning "co-suffering."
- Compassion involves "feeling for another" and is a precursor to empathy, the "feeling as another"
- A capacity for acts of active compassion; in common parlance active compassion is the desire to alleviate another's suffering.
- Compassion involves allowing ourselves to be moved by suffering and experiencing the motivation to help alleviate and prevent it. An act of compassion is defined by its helpfulness.
