Chi Nei Tsang (pronounced, chee nayt song)
Gentle abdominal manipulation with focused breathing to unwind the belly; thereby encouraging elimination of stagnant energy, toxic accumulations, improving digestion & elimination.Cultivates greater awareness, clarity of mind, vitality and enthusiasm.
Qigong
Two words, Qi meaning “vital life force energy” and Gong which pertains to a practiced skill or an exercise. A method of “energy cultivation” through movement and meditation that enhances wellbeing.
Taoist Fusion Meditation
Fusion of the Five Elements in Taoist practice of Inner Alchemy, in which one learns to control the generation and flow of emotional, mental, and physical energies within the body. When the body is cleared of negative energy, universal chi energy flows freely and productively, nourishing both body and soul.
Vibrational Sound Healing
Through the use of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments sound healing clears energetic blockages facilitating a healing experience. Proven to elevate consciousness, reduce anxiety and fears promoting a greater sense of wellbeing.
