Detoxification: What it is and Why do it!
Understanding the auto-intoxication is responsible for most of the body ills we suffer with. It makes perfect sense that to detoxify the body will lead to improvement in overall health and wellbeing.
That's just common sense!

What is detoxification?
To detoxify means to rest the body from your usual diet.
It can be a simple as skipping a meal if you tummy is out of sorts, to restricting food intake in a variety of ways.

I feel like I probably should do some sort of detox but I feel really resistant to the idea of making myself fast because I'll likely fail and just be frustrated with myself. I also worry that if I pay for this detox program, I will have to go out and spend a bunch more on ingredients or supplements that I end up not liking. I hope to find the courage to try.
