Why is it called Bridge to Health?
The concept of crossing over a bridge came to me as I began my practice. I saw that people need support on every level to sort through what is happening to them. They also need pragmatic commonsense advice on how to gain the awareness and perspective to understand that they have arrived at the place of symptoms for a good reason. Henceforth if we can see how we arrived at symptoms, we can find the pathway back to health.
How does Wellness Support work?
The holistic healing educator and practitioner assists the healing process by supporting the physical, emotional and psychic self of each client. Essentially holding space for them as they integrate the information needed to allow healing to begin to take place.
Understanding the Healing Process
When we are enervated (nervous exhaustion) we are out of sync with ourselves our microbiology produces symptoms. We welcome symptoms as the body’s message that something needs to change. Healing is simply finding what that something is and through awareness set the conditions that allow for evolution and shift into change. Quite literally changing the way you have learned to live in your body and adapting a new way to walk in the world as an entire energetic shift in consciousness.
Above all healing requires that we believe we deserve to heal and enjoy life.
Six Conditions for Self Healing
The Bridge to Health method of support focuses on these four basic biological processes...breathing, sleeping, laughing, and pooping!
These holistic modalities are used in coordination to ensure smooth transitions through all the stages of healing.

- Safety - First, we need to feel safe. To feel safe we need to be oriented in the present and connected to our personal support system.
- Quiet the mind - When we feel safe we are able to ground in the present moment. As the mind quiets we become more self aware allowing us to see what needs to shift.
- Connect to feelings - The ability to understand how you feel is crucial.This connection allows difficult emotional charges to resolve..
- Acceptance - This shift to feeling leads to acceptance. You feel the way you have for a good reason. Acceptance brings peace!
- Transformation - Begins as we accept what is and open our hearts . Realizing I can choose differently, thus creating new beginnings.
- Integration - As we begin to transform we and experience personal growth consciousness shifts and health follows.

- Breathing consciously connects us to ourselves and thorugh awareness we are better equipped to decipher our body's messages.
- Sleeping is the most important factor of healing. We heal and restore biologically during sleep. We also dreaming and dreaming is the primary healing tool for the psyche..we unwind our emotional charges when we dream.
- Laughing promotes the production of neurotransmitters needed for good health. In order to fully heal we need to experience joy, laughing reminds us to be joyful.
- Pooping! The blood and organs suffer from toxic overload when the colon is functioning poorly. The colon is the true brain!!
- Purify - Colon Hydrotherapy supports internal cleansing and restoration of proper function for the digestive system & colon. Also Online Seasonal Cleanses
- Support - Wellness Education and Consultations to advise and recommend supports in the form of nutrition, dietary shifts and lifestyle changes. Additionally working with your deeper issues that are often at the root of the tendency to develop symptoms. My practice is truly holistic and goes beyond simply do's and don'ts
- Heart - The use of Zero Point Process as a tool that allows for release from patterned responses and behaviors as well as providing emotional support and trauma recovery.
- Unwind - Chi Nei Tsang hands on modality and Qigong movements to restore healthy function of the organs and improve neurotransmitter production, releasing stagnant qi/energy and information.
