What clients have to say about Chi Nei Tsang...
Having the opportunity to work with Vanessa using CNT techniques has been a blessing. I found it is stirring up feelings and emotions I have been eating for years which I physically felt in my gut, stomach and heart areas. Each time I went in, the next few days would be filled with surges of emotions from all directions. I found I was able to finally handle these emotions rather than re-eating or pushing them down. Chi Nei Tsang has been really helpful for me to begin to learn to tap into my body and be okay with where I am at in my life, even if it isn't pretty. ~ Alexa P
Having completed regular sessions with Vanessa and the Chi Nei Tsang modality I have begun to notice these sessions have helped alleviate chronic pain symptoms I have from other issues. I found myself calmer and more at ease in my body. I plan to continue sessions as a regular part of my routine to keep chronic pain at bay with out medications. ~ Jeannie M
As a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist I had heard of, but was unfamiliar with Chi Nei Tsang. This astoundingly effect modality offers the clients improved flow of energy and balancing the pulses. The effects go way beyond this to an improved sense of wellbeing that allows one to move through emotional challenges with more ease. Vanessa's guided breathing work is meditative and very calming. She empowers clients to find self sufficiency within! I highly recommend CNT and corresponding Chi Kung as a regular part of any healthy living efforts. ~ Linda L
My Acupuncturist and my Wellness Practitioner have been citing the root cause of my long standing sinus congestion being gut issues. I must admit having weekly Chi Nei Tsang sessions has made me aware of this connection. Also awareness of my breath and how shallow it has been came as a surprise to me. Chronic sinus issues leave you with constrained breathing which is very fatiguing. Chi Nei Tsang sessions are indeed helping me breath ore fully and clear this long standing health issue. ~ David G
