  • A wellness assessment with a 15 minute phone consult to discuss your needs.
  • Recommendations for courses, protocols or modalities and services that will best suit your needs.


How it works:

  • Make your purchase, we will connect with you to schedule a convenient time for the phone consult. ​
  • You will receive a Wellness Questionnaire in an email. You can fill this out easily from any device.
  • Vanessa Goldeen CWC will review, make an assessment and recommendations to support your needs and goals.
  • You may decide to become a Bridge to Health client and can schedule your first appointment at that time or book online.
  • New clients may purchase the New Client Modalities Package which offers 4 modality sessions at a savings of $80.
