During the Spring Cleanse we will focus on the sense of EFFORTLESSNESS.

and things we found stressful may have lightened!

People are changing daily, some are moving toward a lighter brighter self
and some are moving further away from lightness,
but believe me when I say,
​people do change.

Zero Point Process * & the Chi Nei Tsang
modalities are very helpful in recovering from emotional wounds
​or just plain being stuck in a repetitive cycle!

Dry Brushing - Soaking Baths
are a Yang Sheng Practice and a relaxing way to lessen detox symptoms and calm the nerves!

​Keep in mind, you eliminate more toxins through the surface of the skin that you do liver and kidneys combine. Stimulate the skin with dry brushing, salt or sugar scrubs, salt and/or clay baths with hydrogen peroxide or apple cider vinegar added, sauna or steam room if available to you.

You can make them ahead the night before and take in the AM. Or you can make a bunch of them and freeze, taking out what you want for each day the evening before to unthaw!
