Before your colonic session

• Do not eat right before your session, avoid any fast food, greasy or rich foods.
• If you being treated for a gastrointestinal issue, in treatment for cancer, Lyme or other chronic illness be certain that your medical practitioner is aware you are choosing to have sessions.

What to expect

• Actual time on the unit is approximately 45 minutes.
• You'll be changing  into a "gown" of sorts...an oversized cotton nightshirt.
• We will explain the process and give you an opportunity to ask questions.
• If at anytime you are uncomfortable speak up...this is all about you!
• If you appear fatigued or distressed we may suggest ending the session short of the 45 minutes.

A  Series of Colonics Sessions 
is advisable for all clients.

After your session

• Most often clients experience a sense of increased energy after a session.
• You may experience additional bowel movements after treatment, they may contain stool or be mostly water or have mucous filaments or segments. This is perfectly natural.
• You may experience light headedness.
• Rarely, a client may feel nauseated.
• You may also experience gas and some cramping. 
• Herbal teas, chamomile and ginger will help alleviate the gas symptoms. A warm water bottle or warm bath will help as well.
• It may take more than 24 hours for a natural movements to resume.
• You may have a bit of pink blood upon wiping. ​
